My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean but not as expected from the pictures, had some issues like a non-functional remote and noisy AC. On the bright side, the staff was polite and professional. However, I ended up paying more than my cousins for a smaller room during the same period.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the one hand, the staff was exceptionally kind and warm, demonstrating true professionalism. However, there was one grumpy staff member who made the service extremely poor. The location, although nice and welcoming, lacked a lounge area and felt a bit cramped. Dining was decent but could use some improvements in terms of breakfast options. The hotel has some nice facilities, but the rooms need better acoustic insulation.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, a private beach area with deckchairs, table, and umbrella at no additional cost. However, the room I stayed in didn't match the pictures, the remote didn't work, the AC was noisy, and the king size bed was actually two mattresses put together. I also paid more than others staying at the same time who got larger rooms.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were great – spacious, clean, and really comfortable. I loved having a balcony with deckchairs, table, and umbrella, although there were some issues with the power due to the card key. The staff was young and helpful, making sure my needs were met, even though the reception was a bit crowded on a Sunday. The location was perfect, right next to the sandy beach in Mamaia, offering free sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels. The dining experience was delightful with plenty of choices. I found the facilities top-notch and well-maintained.
